For Map My Customers to continue to scale at its current rate and become a $100M+ ARR company, strong marketing leadership is needed at the top of the organization.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either outside or inside sales, specifically within the mid-market to enterprise space, and a deep understanding of industries such as manufacturing, industrial, or medical device/diagnostics. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and successfully closing high-value deals. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, a passion for the sales tech space, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industries, focusing on mid-market to enterprise-level clients.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients, driving the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their unique business needs and position Map My Customers as a valuable partner.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value of Map My Customers' platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the entire Sales team to foster collaboration with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on strategy and customer needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Expected Travel: 5-10% which can fluctuate depending on your active pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Experience: Mid-market to enterprise sales experience in either:
  • Outside sales with a demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals, or
  • Inside sales experience selling into the manufacturing, industrial, or medical device/diagnostics space.
  • Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to develop your own book of business to supplement inbound and outbound leads which will be set for you by our business development teams.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing, industrial, or medical device/diagnostic sectors, including customer pain points and industry trends is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
