As the Growth Marketing Manager at FinQuery, you will have a key role in driving our company's growth by implementing effective strategies across all stages of the customer journey —from building top-of-funnel awareness to optimizing conversion rates, encouraging upsells, and generating referrals. You will spearhead innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth via acquisition, conversion, and expansion for prospects and customers across our product suite, which ranges from product-led to sales-led solutions.
You will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and behaviours, and use this information to inform marketing campaigns and promotions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in growth marketing, experience working with SaaS products, and is passionate about leveraging data to drive business results.

What you will be doing:

  • Track the entire customer lifecycle of self-service products including demand generation, conversions, adoption, and up-sell potential
  • Develop proven tactics to increase customer engagement and acquisition while driving down cost of acquisition
  • Constantly test and optimize experiences and messaging to increase conversion and product engagement
  • Use analytical skills to refine and improve user experience
  • Set reporting framework, goals, and achieve target KPIs
  • Be responsible for all performance reporting
  • Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities
  • Light web development support including implementing approved SEO website changes, posting blogs to WordPress, and performing website audits to support roadmap for on-page optimization
  • Conduct all business in accordance with FinQuery policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned.

What experience and skills we need you to have:

  • 3 years of growth marketing experience for product-led SaaS company with a low touch / no touch sales model
  • Self-starter with experimental and analytical mindset
  • Proven experience working well and being an influencer in cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of how B2B marketing teams operate
  • Strong Salesforce and Marketing Automation experience
  • Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Experience using analytical tools to report on performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or other related field
