FirmPilot is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented engineer to join our Applications Team. If you're passionate about integrations, data pipelines, and learning how real-world systems connect, this is your chance to work with a fast-paced startup building AI-powered marketing technology for law firms.

This role is perfect for a junior-mid level developer ready to take ownership, grow fast, and contribute to meaningful product outcomes from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain data integrations between FirmPilot and external systems such as Google Analytics, call tracking tools, contact forms, and CRM platforms.
• Connect and ingest third-party SEO data from providers like SEMRush, Ahrefs, and other marketing intelligence tools.
• Build and support backend data pipelines, including ETL processes, data normalization, and storage strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to build out reporting tools and dashboards that surface valuable client insights.
• Proactively monitor and implement updates for third-party systems and APIs.
• Participate in system design discussions and help drive improvements in our data infrastructure.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years of backend experience
• ReactJS skills with the ability to build polished, data-rich UI components
• Strong understanding of data structures, API integrations, and backend development concepts.
• Exposure to working with ETL processes, reporting tools, or analytics pipelines (even if in a personal project or bootcamp).
• A curious mindset with the ability to both explore new ideas and deliver clean, reliable code.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud infrastructure, data visualization tools, or marketing tech APIs.
