Role Overview
We’re looking for our first Product Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in accelerating our growth, driving revenue, and increasing client engagement. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our rapid product development and our go-to-market strategy. You’ll ensure that each new feature launch is well-positioned, our sales team is armed with compelling collateral, and our clients fully understand and utilize our platform’s value. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a strategic marketer who can craft a compelling story and enable teams to win in a competitive market.

Salary Range: $ 115,000 - $140,000 base
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement & Battlecards: Develop comprehensive battlecards and competitive selling guides to equip our sales team with the tools to win against competitors.
- Content & Collateral Creation: Create feature-specific case studies, one-pagers, and ROI calculators that highlight the value of our platform and support the sales cycle.
- Customer Testimonials & Demos: Produce persuasive customer testimonial videos and product feature demo content to showcase real-world success and product capabilities.
- Training & Enablement: Build and maintain training materials for both internal teams (Sales, Customer Success) and clients, ensuring everyone knows how to articulate and leverage our product’s features and benefits.
- Feature & Product Launches: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, and Customer Success teams to plan and execute successful product launches – including developing positioning, messaging, and launch communications.
- Positioning & Messaging: Continuously refine our product positioning and value propositions for different market segments, and ensure all collateral and messaging are aligned, consistent, and effective.
- SaaS Product Marketing Experience: Proven experience in product marketing for a SaaS company (mid-to-senior level, ideally 5+ years), with a track record of successful feature launches and sales enablement initiatives.
- Storytelling & Positioning: Skilled in crafting compelling product stories, clear messaging, and differentiated positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Sales Enablement: Experience creating high-impact sales collateral (battlecards, case studies, ROI tools) and training sales teams on how to use them effectively in competitive selling situations.
- HubSpot Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot (HubSpot certification is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand content and present it confidently to both internal teams and clients.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical approach with the ability to use data and metrics to drive marketing decisions and demonstrate the impact of your initiatives.
- Domain Expertise (Bonus): Experience marketing legal tech products or selling into the legal industry is a huge plus. (Understanding law firm needs and workflows will help you hit the ground running.)
