Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on client management and performance reporting presentations. This role requires proficiency in tools such as AHREFs, Moz, SEMRush, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to set and manage client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all communications.
• Understand client goals and objectives to develop customized digital marketing strategies.
• Create detailed performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.
• Develop client audits, and assess website performance to maintain indexation
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, showcasing campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.
• Utilize SEO tools such as AHREFs, Moz, and SEMRush to conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically the content marketing team to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with client requests and client deliverables: content creation, social media, and Google products, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and PPC.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Strong presentation skills, with experience in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Lighthouse reporting.
• Familiarity with Wordpress content management system
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as AHREFs, Moz, and SEMRush.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to pitch in as needed.
• Experience in account managing law firms is a significant plus.
