Description: The AI Marketing Project Associate is an in-office function. The role will focus on training and overseeing marketing content generation thrugh an artificial intelligence publishing pipeline process. Fulfillment of the function equates to 100% of deadlines being met across all of the established publishing pipelines. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills (excel familiarity with formula and formatting), an attention to detail and an eye for high-quality marketing content and SEO (search engine optimization) and familiarity with current generative artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT. You will work with the marketing team and the customer success team to deliver the outcomes our customers expect through high-quality marketing.

Major Functions/Responsibilities:

• Ultimately, a successful AI Marketing Project Associate will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in our systems (excel/google sheets, notion, click-up) and our product platform
• Support the design and development of AI prompts into ChatGPT, Google Bard, and other LLM (large language model) tools for marketing content and guidelines to improve content and output quality.
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry - heavy excel/google sheets work as accuracy is critical
• Reviewing customer marketing content and data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• For new customers, ensuring the proper instruction is provided to the artificial intelligence engine so accurate content can be delivered.
• Analyze user feedback and implement necessary adjustments to prompts and product team to train the AI
• For current customers, ensuring high-quality content is being delivered. Attend customer intake calls to gather the proper information to deliver content tailored to their needs and present client reports via powerpoint and google slides
• Communicate LLM performance to necessary stakeholders on a weekly basis
• Learn how to initiate the content generation process including researching and sourcing materials
• Provide feedback and updates to internal stakeholders
• Meet internal service level agreements, ensuring customers receive content by deadlines

Experience Requirements:

• Working experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Google Maps & business listing)
• Create client report presentations in powerpoint / google slides
• Experience in using google analytics
• High experience with Google Sheets / excel formulas, conditional formatting, and sorting
• Experience with operating ChatGPT/Claude/Bard to create marketing content
• Familiarity with search engine optimization concepts, such as backlinks, internal links, and external links
• Generative AI concepts and prompting
• Project management experience and task tracking

Experience Preferred:

• Marketing experience in the following areas: content creation, content auditing, and content publishing
• Legal industry familiarity
• Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
• Bonus: light graphic design

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, or Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Google Apps (google sheets, gmail, google docs, and google slides)
